Knowledge + Action = Power
In 2014, the ALA Gateway Chapter built alliances with more organizations than it ever had in the past. Why? Because we have so much to learn from our new alliances and they have so much to learn from us. The legal environment is ever-changing and we have more help than ever keeping up with the current market and trends in the industry. We will continue on this path in 2015. We also had an amazing line up of education including our monthly education sessions; a legal skills seminar for young attorneys; and our legal forum which contained relevant information for ALA members, as well as many other legal organization members. Additionally, we performed many worthwhile service acts for local charities.
So, what’s on tap for 2015? Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends! We’re so glad you could attend! Come Inside! Come Inside! I love that Emerson, Lake and Palmer song. Don’t you? The ALA Gateway Chapter is ready to outperform 2014! Our script continues with the following events:
On January 21st, the monthly education meeting will be at Sandberg Phoenix. The topic is: Best Practice Initiative: Key Performance Indicators.
February 25th is the Business Partner Appreciation Event. More details to follow. Please make sure you attend and show support for our wonderful business partners!
And look out in March as Jeff Feltz will take over as President of our chapter and move us even further along with new and exciting initiatives. I wish everyone a very happy and healthy 2015!
