Q: What makes your company or services stand out?

Q: What’s your favorite thing about being an ALA Business Partner? 
A: Being an ALA Business Partner allows us to connect directly with legal administrators who are driving innovation and efficiency in their firms. We love being part of a community that values collaboration and continuous improvement in the legal industry. 

Q: Tell us something that may surprise ALA members about you. 
Mindy: I’m passionate about helping firms of all sizes leverage technology to stay competitive, especially in a world where technology is growing at an exponential rate. When I am not helping firms obtain the latest tools available for their practice, I love spending time with my children at various sporting events and practicing Pilates (F1 racing and Cardinals baseball are our favorites).  I am currently completing my training to become a Pilates instructor so I can volunteer with assisted living communities to help residents maintain and enhance mobility. 

Jess: One of the highlights of my role as a Retention Manager is building genuine connections within the ALA community. I often find myself immersed in conversations with you all, making it difficult to remember I'm at work! I pride myself on offering unmatched support to law firms while fostering friendships along the way. Outside the office, you'll likely find me enjoying a delicious meal at Cooper’s Hawk or winding down with a happy hour filled with good music, conversation, and drinks.
