Q: What makes your company or services stand out?  

A: Actionstep helps law firms run their firms with confidence. Q: What’s your favorite thing about being an ALA Business Partner?   

A: My favorite part of being an ALA business partner is the opportunity to connect with law firm administrators who are the backbone of their firms. Actionstep is currently active in 19 chapters nationwide, giving us the chance to learn directly from legal professionals and share solutions that make their day-to-day work easier. Being a part of this community allows me to grow alongside the people who keep law firms moving forward.  

Q: Tell us something that may surprise ALA members about you.  

A: Something that might surprise ALA members is that I grew understanding sign language because my older brother is deaf. It’s been a meaningful part of my life and has given me a deep appreciation for communication in all its forms.
