In this week’s Business Partner Spotlight Q&A, hear from AMS Staffing Inc. President Andrew Sigesmund and Head of Legal Division Bryan Kapper!
Q: What makes your company or services stand out?
A: We provide more than just full-time and contract staff to law firms throughout the U.S. We act as advisors to our clients and build meaningful and interpersonal relationships. This is more than just a job to us!
Q: What’s your favorite thing about being an ALA Business Partner?
Andrew: Getting together on a quarterly basis and talking more than just shop. We have the opportunity to learn about ALA members’ lives outside of the workplace.
Bryan: Getting to know everyone at the Gateway ALA Chapter events has been extremely rewarding in more ways than I could’ve imagined. I also have enjoyed being part of the New Membership Committee this year. I truly appreciate all of the relationships!
Q: Tell us something that may surprise ALA members about you.
Andrew: I have a memory like a hawk and am a puddle of mush!
Bryan: During my time in the United States Marine Corps, I climbed Mt. Fuji in Japan. Yes, I was in a lot better shape then. 😊
